Revive your body. Reduce tension and stuckness while increasing self-awarenss and relaxation. In this series, you will learn how to release tight muscles and connective tissue using a combination of Bodymind Ballwork (employs a variety of rubber balls) and yoga. Each week we will explore different segments of the body as you learn principles of the method. This is appropriate for beginners or althetic/fitness enthusiasts. Athletes and bootcampers – oh, you so need to be here! All props and balls provided.
Workshops limited to 12 participants & fill up quickly. To register for R&R & Body Revive Series, either register on-line or directly with Joy. Advanced registration is always required due to limited seating.
Yoga & Bodymind Ballwork Workshops
Learn yoga postures and myofacial (connective tissue) release techniques using various sizes and densities of rubber balls. Handouts provided.

Joy is available to teach yoga workshops and retreats in Winnipeg and in rural Manitoba. She creates customized workshops ranging in duration, level of difficulty and approach to compliment your group’s needs. She has experience teaching beginners to intermediate students, seniors, mentally handicapped persons, students, workplace and church group retreats. Any combination of hatha yoga, Bodymind Ballwork and/or meditation/relaxation can be utilized.
